The Financial Stability Board (FSB) is an international body that monitors and makes recommendations about the global financial system. The board is hosted and funded by the Bank for International Settlements and is based in Basel, Switzerland. The FSB works with the Bank for International Settlements to develop guidelines for financial stability. The FSB also works with the World Bank to develop guidelines for financial stability in developing countries.
