Nick Cave is a renowned Australian singer, musician, and writer, best known as the frontman of the rock band Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds. Born in rural Victoria, Cave studied art in Melbourne before fronting The Birthday Party, one of the city's leading post-punk bands, in the late 1970s. He has collaborated with various artists, such as Kylie Minogue and PJ Harvey. Cave has published several books of poetry and prose, including 'And the Ass Saw the Angel' and 'The Death of Bunny Munro'. He has also composed music for several films, including 'The Proposition' and 'Lawless'.
