John Francis Kelly is a retired U.S. Marine Corps general. He attended the University of Massachusetts Boston, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 1976, and later received a Master of Science degree in strategic studies from the Naval War College in 1995. Kelly has been recognized for his leadership and service, including his role as a board member at Caliburn International. He has spoken publicly about the importance of supporting veterans and their families, and has advocated for increased funding for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Kelly has also supported the Black Lives Matter movement. His legacy and impact will be felt for years to come.
